How do you measure success?
How do you know when you’ve won?
They may seem odd questions to ask people at the top of their game.
But there comes a point in life when, despite all the hard won victories, the winning is not enough.
It’s then our minds turn to ‘what’s next?’
If you’ve mastered the first game of success and are ready for the deeper, more authentic game, maybe it’s time to explore life beyond winning.
Maybe it’s time to find deeper levels of meaning and authentic success by mastering the inner game of purpose.
Making this shift can be tricky. It’s a new adventure into unknown territory. And old habits die hard.
But it’s much easier if you have support and a guide.
My goal is to offer that support and guidance.
I help successful business people find success in the second act of life. I do that by providing a structure for self-awareness. By listening intently and telling the truth honestly. By being a sounding board. By offering wise counsel. By exploring possibility.
Here’s to the authentic selves. The quiet ones acting from awareness and connection. They’re masters of the outer game but choose to play the inner one instead. Some will call them unrealistic; naive even. But they know something most people don’t. Those brave enough to change themselves are the only ones who ever change anything that matters.
The road to Authentic Success
The problem : Losing touch with the authentic self
You’re successful.
You’re successful because you’re good at what you do. You’re a hard worker. You have a winning mentality. You’re good at meeting deadlines. You excel at hitting targets.
But all this focus on ‘doing’ and ‘achieving’ comes at a cost. Success builds on success. Layer after layer of commercial victories. Each one covering something essential about the ‘true you’ that lies beneath.
Sometimes, the more we succeed in hitting business goals, the further away we are from meeting our own goals. In our drive to achieve more, we can bury our true needs and sacrifice our authentic desires. We lose the ability to hear our inner voice and fail to follow our internal compass.
In short, we lose touch with our true, authentic self.
You’ll know you’ve lost touch with your true self if you feel dissatisfied despite all your business successes. If you feel restless despite all your accomplishments. If you feel like something is missing despite having all you could ever need.
You have plenty to be proud of in your life, but you can’t help thinking ‘what’s next?’

Authentic success happens when you go beyond the metrics of conventional business achievement. When you stop striving to win and start journeying within.
My goal is to help you meet your inner human needs by finding your true purpose in life. A purpose that emerges from nurturing and listening to your inner, authentic voice.
You’ll know when you achieve authentic success because the dissatisfaction, the restlessness, and the sense that something’s missing will be replaced by fulfilment, contentment, wholeness, freedom and peace.
Many people think your purpose relates to what you do in life. I don’t. I believe it’s more to do with who you are beneath the doing.
Many people look to outside opportunities to find purpose. I don’t. I believe it lies in the wisdom within.
Many people assume you need to find something new to do to find purpose and meaning. I don’t. I believe that meaning is there all along; waiting to be unearthed.

Your next chapter won't come from finding something new. It'll come from unearthing something true.
The person and purpose you're looking for isn't hiding out there in the next exciting business venture or career change. It’s waiting patiently in here. Waiting for you to take the time to find out who you really are.
